Most typical workout program generally consists of one dimensional strength exercises. Many high school, college, and even some pro trainers are still far behind and using these kind of workouts. I got my degree in exercise science and combined it with my love of football into this 12 week football specific strength and conditioning program. I have trained many high school and college football players and seen success that has transfered onto the playing field and helped them reach the next level.. You will recieve a nutritional plan, a guide telling you how to properly lift and push yourself to maximize your gains, an exercise description sheet that walks you through each exercise so you know how to properly perform each one, and finally a 12 week strength and conditioning program tailored specifically for football. It contains lifts such as bench press for strength, medicine ball work for explosiveness and power, speed drills to make you faster and more agile. All lifts and exercises are designed to mimic your play on the football field so that they will transfer over and make you a better player.
